Sick-Of-It-All provides players with cheap Hodgman hamsters, overcoats and whackin' sticks! We also sell miscellaneous Hodgman outfit pieces and side boss loot! We've been in the business for literally years, so you can count on us.
To the best of my knowledge, these are our prices: Hodgman's Imaginary Hamster: 18m Hodgman's Whackin' Stick: 7m ( * a discount applies if you sign up for a whackin' stick and an overcoat run * ) Hodgman's Overcoat: 6m Hodgman's lucky sock: 1m Frosty's arm: 1m Other miscellaneous side-loot: lower prices; ask
I, neminem, am not responsible for the administration of these services; I do, however, usually participate in runs, and have been acting as the representative to the strange land of the Forums. If you have questions or want to sign up for anything, the fastest would probably be talking to or kmailing Starbearer. (Unless your question is about this post itself, in which case feel free to ask me. )
I'm Aramada (#274245), aka Aubra (#281291) and aka Starbearer (#1046986 as mentioned above). I do the boss killing, financial organizing and general run organizing for Sick-Of-It-All. Everything that Nem posted above is totally true and we'd love to help you get the Hobopolis stuff you still need. Some additional information:
As Nem mentioned, if you purchase a Coat and a Stick, there is a discount, and the price for each is 6m.
It is NOT possible to get a Coat and Stick, or a Stick and a Hamster, or any combination of those three items in the same run. They are turn specific speed run rewards, so each one can only be received in its own dedicated run.
For Hamster runs, we require an absolute, bottom basement minimum of 10 hobo binder glyphs. We really, really want you to have as many as possible, but it is technically doable with 10. Please keep in mind, the RNG is a HUGE factor in Hamster runs, and the fewer glyphs you have, the higher the risk that the RNG alone will make the run fail.
For Coat & Stick runs, there is no minimum glyph requirement.
For every run we do, in addition to the main speed loot being for sale (Hamster, Coat, Stick), we also offer the other boss non-consumable drops for sale. The main buyer gets the right of first reservation, but if there are things the main buyer doesn't need, we will happily offer them to side buyers. If you are looking for non-main loot, Kmail me your list, and I will let you know when we have a run scheduled that has those items available.
Hobopolis speed runs must be finished within 1 rollover cycle. If your run is scheduled for Monday the 10th, we open the run right after rollover on Sunday the 9th (around 7:40pm Pacific), and then finish the run mid-day on the 10th. Buyers will receive a Kmail that lets them know the sewer is ready for them to go through, along with instructions and a list of the items they have reserved int he dungeon as soon as we have the dungeon set (usually within 30 minutes of roll for a Stick/Coat run, 1 hour for a Hamster run.)
To be eligible for Hobopolis loot you 1. MUST clear the sewers. (Which means you have to get to the At Last! non-combat) Faxing in a single hobo or sewer monster and fighting it DOES NOT WORK for Hobopolis and 2. do NOT need to kill a single hobo in the Town Square. Just clearing the sewers is enough.
There is no fighting monsters in the sewers on speed runs, so you will either need to have Cleesh (recommended) or tatters/poppers/green smoke bombs/etc for runaways (this gets very pricey).
For Stick runs, we drop all 6 bosses, so loot from all zones can be reserved. For Coat runs, we drop Scratch, Oscus, Chester and Hodg, so loot from only those zones can be reserved. For Hamster runs, it is only Hodg, so just his drops can be reserved, and there are no side buyers allowed in these runs due to turn count restrictions and the above mentioned RNG.
Scratch, Frosty, Oscus, Zombo and Chester all have 3 outfit pieces and 3 non-outfit pieces. 1 outfit piece is guaranteed to drop when the boss is killed. (But only one, cannot get more than one outfit piece per run.) 1, 2 or 3 non-outfit pieces can drop, but they are not guaranteed and there is no way to predict which will drop or when.
Hodg has 3 outfit pieces, 6 off-hands and 1 accessory (Lucky Sock). 1 outfit piece is guaranteed to drop, and 1 of the 6 off-hands is guaranteed to drop. There is no way to know which of the 6 off-hands will drop. The Lucky Sock is not a guaranteed drop and there is no way to predict when it will.
Price List is as follows (in addition to the prices listed above by Nem):
Hodg outfit pieces - 300k each Scratch, Frosty, Oscus, Zombo, Chester outfit pieces - 200k each
Hodg's Metal Detector & Garbage Sticker - 500k each Hodg's Almanac, Cane, Harmonica, & Paw - 200k each
Scratch's Pitchfork, Stove Door, Manacles - 200k each Frosty's Arm - 1m Frosty's Iceball & Snowball Sack - 200k each Oscus's Garbage Can Lid, Flypaper Pants, & Soda - 200k each Zombo's Shoulder Blade, Empty Eye, & Skull Ring - 200k each Chester's Medallion, Sunglasses, & Muscle Shirt - 200k each
We only do Hamsters on Saturdays. We can schedule Coat or Stick runs any day between Monday-Thursday. (Fridays and Sundays are available if we don't have Hamsters scheduled for that particular Saturday.)
If you have any questions, need more information, found something unclear, or would like to sign up, please feel free to Kmail me in game at whichever of the three accounts you feel like (I check them all daily).
